    + - How do I contact Cee & Tee?

    + - How do I track my order?

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, you can use this to check your parcels status.

    + - What do I do if I haven’t received my order?

    If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via our email address and we will look into this for you.

    + - Can I return my products for a change of mind?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind, however if your product is damaged/broken please contact us via our email address with your name, order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

    + - Are your products tested on animals/ vegan friendly?

    All of our products are 100% vegan friendly and are free from animal by products. We do not support the testing of products on animals and neither our products or sourcing companies test on animals under any circumstance.

    + - What payment methods do you accept?

    + - How long should I burn my candle for?

    The first time you burn your candle you should ensure that the wax melt pool melts all the way to the edge of the candle, this will ensure your candle burns evenly. You should never burn your candle for more than 4 hours.

    + - Do I need to trim my wick?

    You should always trim your wick before lighting your candle. Trimming your wick will ensure your candle burns evenly and for a longer period of time.

    + - How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

    Everything is handmade and curated to order. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days or up to 5 days during peak season and we will do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.

    + - Do you ship Australia wide?

    Yes, we do ship Australia wide with a flat rate of $10 shipping.

    + - Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately not at this stage, this may be something we will look into in the future.

    + - I need assistance with my online order, what do I do?

    If you require assistance with your online order, please email [email protected] so we can further assist you. Please include your online order number, product information and any other additional details that would help. Someone will usually be in contact with you within 1 business day.

    + - What is your refund/exchange policy?

    Unfortunately, we do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, however if the item is broken, please advise us via email with your name, order number and also a picture of the damage.

    + - How do I put my candle out?

    It is best to use a candle snuffer, this will ensure that the wick stays on centre and avoid splashing any wax.

    + - Why is there black residue forming around the rim of my candle jar?

    A candle wick requires trimming between burns or if the candle has been burning continuously for two or more hours. Once the wick has been trimmed, only then will it stop emitting carbon – the black residue. If there is some black residue around the rim of the glass, use a dry piece of paper towel and wipe clean.

    + - Why do some fragrances seem stronger than others?

    There is a combination of factors that need to be considered including each individual's perception of the fragrance, the style of fragrance, concentration of the fragrance, environmental factors and also our mood and level of alertness.

    + - How often do I need to change my reeds?

    You don’t need to change your reeds, however you should flip your reeds at least once a week or whenever you notice the fragrance dissipating.
